Movie Night and Luncheon to Support International Women’s Day

A movie night on March 8 will feature the Academy and Golden Globe Award nominated movie, “Hidden Figures.”

The Saint Lucia Civil Service in collaboration with Raise Your Voice Saint Lucia has organized two events in commemoration of International Women’s Day.

The organizations will jointly host a movie night on March 8 at the Caribbean Cinemas. The feature presentation is titled “Hidden Figures” an Academy and Golden Globe Award nominated movie.

In addition, a luncheon with a guest speaker will be held at the Bel Jou Hotel on Friday, March 10.

The focus for International Women’s Day 2017 is “Women in the Changing World of Work” under the campaign theme “Be Bold for Change.”
