Multiple Injuries Reported In Union Vehicle Collision

Two vehicles collided at Union Saturday morning resulting in injuries to five individuals, a Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) official says.

The official told St Lucia Times that the accident occurred about 11:23 am.

He said the collision involved a Toyota motor vehicle and a Hyundai SUV.

According to the official, two females had to be extricated from one of the vehicles as a result of the head on collision.

He disclosed that the fire service headquarters in Castries as well as the  Babonneau and Gros Islet fire stations responded with an ambulance each.

Castries and Babonneau responded with a fire truck each, it was reported.

  1. lol. SMH. How u making a Head on Collision on that road. To me it wide enough to accommodate 2 vehicles. Maybe we should be speed bumps there.
