Press Release:– A new day in making payments on your electricity bills has dawned. The St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) MyAccount Pay Direct is here!
With this upgrade of the LUCELEC MyAccount service, customers can now use their credit and debit cards to pay their bills directly to LUCELEC.
Previously, customers could only make payments on MyAccount if they used their online banking service with participating local banks. Now they don’t have to.
Customers can now use their debit or credit cards within the MyAccount platform and pay directly to LUCELEC, just like they would if making an online purchase.
The LUCELEC MyAccount service is a free, fast and easy way for customers to access their electricity account, view bill balances, manage multiple accounts (domestic and/or commercial), view their payment and consumption history over a 12-month period, and now pay their bills directly to LUCELEC.
The service is available 24/7and emails you a notification when your new bill is ready for payment.
LUCELEC encourages customers to join the thousands who are already signed up to MyAccount. Go to myaccount.lucelec.com, select the “Register” button and sign up.
The registration process takes only a couple of minutes. Customers will need their LUCELEC account and meter numbers which are available on their bills.
While the MyAccount service is available to all customers, for now the direct pay option via credit or debit card is available only to customers with domestic accounts.
