Pedestrian Hospitalised After Vehicle Hits Him At Rodney Bay

Emergency personnel from the Gros Islet fire station rushed a male pedestrian to the hospital after a vehicle struck him on Monday at Rodney Bay.

The incident occurred near Baywalk Mall.

The emergency crew received a distress call at 7:05 pm and on arrival, found a man who appeared to be in his twenties on the ground in front of a vehicle.

The vehicle had frontal damage.

The emergency responders immobilised the patient, who was alert and conscious at the time, and transported him to the hospital for further treatment.

Police are investigating the incident.

  1. Some of them also Believe that they pay Insurance and Registration so they have the Authority to walk on the Road .Drivers have to Honk their Horns to have them get off the Road

  2. some of these people have the mentality of you cant knock me especially the young ones. when you give them time to cross the road they want to stroll and laugh and if you blow your horn or drive up on them to hurry up to let them know they are in the road they want to watch you big eyes and curse you. i want to see them try that in the bigger countries. i so badly want to give one of them a lash of mirror
