  1. To our Prime Minister, may this come to your attention in time for the Budget Presentation. It is for the good name of St. Lucia (notwithstanding the Labour Party) in which i was a card carrying member in the days of George F. L. Charles, Oleo Jn. Baptist, Herman Collymore, Burk King etc. As a St. Lucian I support any Administration that endeavour to do their best for the Island – we are one people.
I am asking you Today – WHEN COMES TO HEALTH – put St. Lucia first. V/Fort needs a proper, in fact a modern up to date Hospital. I am not asking for ‘State of the Art’ beautifully looking, but a functional Hospital in the South, where Todays’ Doctors, Nurses and Health workers would take pride in doing their work; the result would show. One bit of advise if you wouldn’t mind – please leave politics out of the affairs of the State, you will be rewarded for that – stop spending good money on the Stadium – proceed where you left off with the New one that was stopped – irrespective of Cabinet resistance, show some intestinal fortitude, today you are the BOSS; May the Lord Bless you.
