PM Hails Old Trafford Project In Soufriere

Prime Minister Allen Chastanet has lauded the Old Trafford Complex project in Soufriere, asserting that the 2nd Phase of the initiative will see construction of a craft market, additional food booths, duty free shops and a restaurant for the social and economic benefit of the people of Soufriere- Fond St Jacques and environs.

Writing on his official Facebook page, Chastanet noted that this coming Monday, the 1st Phase of the Old Trafford Complex will officially be commissioned.

He observed that this phase includes a conducive and safe environment for vendors and consumers at the Farmers Produce Market as well as a Bus Terminal for minibus operators and commuters plying the Soufriere to Castries, Soufriere to Vieux Fort and Soufriere to Fond St Jacques routes.

“The facility houses 3 Food courts and is designed for the hosting of Mass Crowd events,” the PM noted.
