Police arrested a total of 15 people, seven of whom they have so far charged for drug-related offences, after a massive operation in Soufriere on Thursday.
Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) spokeswoman, Anne Joseph, made the disclosure Friday.
Joseph said the seven people police charged for the drug-related offences have received bail.
As a result, they will reappear in court at a later date.
Joseph said police released the others whom they arrested pending further investigation.
But in a separate development on Friday, police recovered two 9 mm pistols during a joint operation in Dennery.
In addition, the RSLPF spokeswoman said officers seized ten rounds of ammunition.
The law enforcement officers also took one individual into custody in connection with that matter.
