Saint Lucia police are investigating a homicide at La Fargue, Choiseul, law enforcement officials have confirmed.
They say the body of a male individual was discovered in a house in the community Sunday morning.
He sustained multiple gunshot wounds, according to one report.
The deceased has so far been identified only by his alias – ‘Grass’.

A law enforcement official told St Lucia Times that the deceased operated a small shop near the Choiseul Secondary School.
He is believed to have been shot dead Saturday night.
Residents of the community say they heard gunshots about 10.00 pm.
