Meanwhile, the Saint Lucia National Trust (SLNT) has extended condolences to the family of the deceased, describing her death as tragic and untimely.

“Diana was a passionate and vocal advocate for Saint Lucia’s natural and cultural heritage. She was a long-term member of the Trust who also served on Council and regularly contributed her ideas, concerns, and advice in areas of conservation and community interest,” the SLNT noted.

According to the SLNT, her death is a great loss.

” Diana will be sorely missed,” the SLNT statement said.

  2. Rest in peace Dian. I am still in shock over that news. Such a nice and quiet lady. Sad that this may never be resolved as our officers are lazy and incompetence. Can they process the scene probably or will they contaminate the scene before it is processed. So many questions going through my mind and they too should have questions going through their mind. Was anything stolen. Can we get outside help to help solve this case of this gentle soul. Can evidence collected be sent o ersras to be process. I believe Dian deserve outside help to help solve her murder. Whoever it is I hope he is brought to justice and that the maximum penalty be given. God is not asleep Dian rest in peace anday he works on your behalf. Stlician /choiseulians if you know of anything or have any information don’t hesitate to pass it on. May God look down upon our country. God is love

L❤️ VED me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. I have told you now before it happens,so that when it does happen you will beleive. I will not speak with you much longer, for the prince of this world 🐍(the devil)is coming.

  5. The Police have declared that this was homicide; I suppose that they have good reason to believe that it is. Question – ‘what is St. Lucia coming to/ why has St. Lucia been cursed this way/what has St. Lucia done to deserve this’ – we all better repent, asking for forgiveness for the Nation. This voodoo, witchcraft and obeah stuff is killing us.

    • No dummy the guns and criminals and fatherless sons are what is killing us. Ignorance and illiteracy are what is killing us. Crooked politicians and no economic opportunity is what is killing us. I don’t know what’s wrong with black people and all this religious mumbo jumbo. White Jesus is not going to save us, you’d think after 400 hundred years of oppression we would realise that.

      • @2 real its because of ideas of people like you that we are in this mess….u fake…it’s time we stop looking to govt because we see nothing will be better with them….it’s time we repent of our evil and accept God to heal our land…St lucia was never like this….it’s like everyday now we are reading of all this terrible things not knowing who will be touched next….people teach your children to do good, parents stop this wild behaviours in you giving ot the desires of the fleshy with your eyes, husbands love your wife, women uphold yourselves….maybe then things would change

    • change of government will make NO difference. I speak from experience – my mother was also murdered in her home. Took 8 years to get to court and only because we fought tooth and nail to get it there. Saw many different governments during that time and nothing changed.
St Lucia – let her inspire you. Really? You cannot rely on religion to make things better.
You rely on tourism. I’m surprised the tourists keep coming.
