Police have launched an investigation into a fatal shooting at Barre St Joseph, Castries, Wednesday after 7:00 pm.
A senior law enforcement official identified the deceased as twenty-four-year-old Dwayne Felix.
Emergency personnel from Fire Service Headquarters in Castries say they rushed to the scene after receiving a call for assistance about 7:46 pm.
There are no further details at this time.
