(Sponsored) The Sapphire Beach Club Resort, St. Maarten one of the island’s resorts with an exotic tropical setting, spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and of the Simpson Bay Lagoon. The Resort was completely renovated since 2017 after Hurricane Irma. The Resort is overlooking the coves and small white sand beaches of Cupecoy.
Structural reconstructions and renovations have been made. Various works were carried out all throughout the Resort.
Renovations focused on the restoration and upgrades: including installation of new elevators, air-conditioning, chiller, carpentry, wood works, plumbing, electrical, painting, interior equipment and electrical appliances of apartments, penthouses and villa, the lobby, bar & restaurant and main pool.
The last finishing works are in progress essentially on the facades and landscaping.
At a short walking distance of Mullet Bay golf course and beach, restaurants, shops, casino and Porto Cupecoy marina, every tourist will enjoy the Friendly Island. Access to the Resort is just 3 miles from Princess Julianna International Airport.
The property consists of: an entrance hallway, a bright living room facing south with a covered terrace, an equipped and fitted kitchen, a marble bathroom with oval shape bathtub, a sleeping area with king size bed and built-in cabinets.
In annex: covered garage spaces, concierge, and security 7/7 – 24/24, three generators, CCTV cameras, a large main pool and a children’s pool, free access to a multitude of sports activities in the residence.
Lastly, the island is gradually recovering from the global COVID-19 pandemic which has been affecting operations. Sapphire is keeping to accommodate Guests, with the safety restrictions related to the heath security measures. Special rates are in place for that purpose for the low season.
