‘Road Block’ Remanded In Dance Hall Murder

Markin Marius alias ‘Road Block’ who was charged for murder in the recent fatal shooting at a dance hall in Bruceville, Vieux Fort, was remanded in custody when he appeared in court Wednesday.

He is due to make another court appearance on January 6, 2020.

Marius was charged for causing the death of Lyndon George, 27, on Saturday November 30, 2019.

George is reported to have sustained a single gunshot to the head.

A law enforcement official disclosed that ‘Road Block’ is well known to the police, having been a suspect in a string of robberies in the past.

He was shot by cops in April 2013 and was wearing a Spiderman mask, the official stated.

 

 

Remanded until January 6th 2020

So far so good,they are going to charge him for murder I presume and it was premedidated,he planned it.Then comes the firearm thing and the amunition.Well he wont talk much,then they have to look at his past record.I just hope they find him guilty and throw the books at him,put him in jail for the rest of his days.

  2. A life time Sentence plus 50years Should be given to Him at the High Court.Discharging a Firearm at a Dance Hall .These Thugs have no Respect for life

    the government is the cause of all the crimes in st lucia. Why no politician have been arrested, for the kidnapped in Gros Islet and the Pajoah letter? Remember the truth is what you believe the truth is.
