The opposition Saint Lucia Labour Party (SLP) has announced a national protest march for Sunday 4th October, 2020  and has called on all patriotic Saint Lucians to join the activity to register their disgust and dissatisfaction with the United Workers Party (UWP) Government.

“Citizens are asked to assemble at the Sab in Vigie at 3 p.m. The march will proceed to the Castries Market Steps, via the John Compton Highway,” the opposition party stated.

It said the SLP has been granted permission by the Commissioner of Police to hold the demonstration.

“The Saint Lucia Labour Party calls upon all patriotic citizens to come out and show this despotic and inept Government that its time is up! They must go!” The Facebook post declared.
