Saint Lucian national Delores Tracey Wisdom, 44, died of gunshot wounds to the head, neck, and torso in last week’s murder suicide in Windsor Locks, USA, according to a medical examiner.

Chief Medical Examiner James Gill on Sunday released the identities and cause of death of the three victims of Friday’s tragedy, the Journal Inquirer reported.

The publication quoted Gill as indicating that David Wisdom,65,  shot and killed both his wife, Delores Tracey Wisdom, and Lauren “Lela” Leslie before killing himself.

Relatives have said that Leslie was visiting her girlfriend when she was fatally shot.

Two of Leslie’s brothers were quoted as saying that her relationship with a woman in the home where the shooting occurred, may have played a part in the reason why she was killed.

However, police say they do not know what prompted the shooting incident.

Media reports say officers responded about 12:53 a.m. Friday after neighbours reported ‘popping noises’ from the home after earlier hearing raised voices.

On arrival, investigators found three adults — David and Delores Tracey Wisdom and Leslie with gunshot wounds and no signs of life, police said.

A fourth person at the home, identified as the daughter of Dolores Tracey Wisdom,  was suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach.

The wounded female was taken to the hospital.

But police have not released her name.

And  the authorities said a fifth person found unharmed at the home is the son of David Wisdom.
