A security guard at Wintrades Supermarket in La Clery who sustained knife wounds in an attack last night, was back on the job today.

Victor Delice told the Times that the knife merely grazed his neck.

He blamed the attack on careless parenting, explaining that for some time now he has been the target of “disrespect” by a ten year old girl who regularly visits the supermarket.

Delice told the Times that the child always misbehaves when she visits the business establishment.

“I have told that child on numerous occasions that when she come inside here I am not her age, I am a big man – do not interfere with me,” he recalled.

According to Delice, the child has called him a “zombie”, a pervert and a rapist.

Others corroborated his story.

He disclosed that he did not know what the child told her mother, but the woman went to the supermarket last night and attacked him.

“She just jumped on me like a crazy woman,” Delice recounted.

He said the woman and a female accomplice had a drywall knife and a regular knife between them.

Delice estimated that the female attacker is about twenty-five years of age.

“The came the first time sending bottles, then they went and they came back  with some other people with cutlasses and knives ,” he told the Times.

Delice said they smashed drink bottles.

He asserted that the mother of the ten year old fails to discipline the child, who at that young age is already a member of a gang called “L.A Girls.”

Delice was rushed to hospital via ambulance after last night’s attack which occurred shortly before 7 pm.

He explained that the police are investigating the matter.
