Police have launched an investigation into the firing of multiple gunshots at a house in La Pointe, Dennery on Monday morning.
But reports from the community say no one was in the building at the time.
Eyewitnesses told St Lucia Times that the incident occurred about 8.00 am and police recovered over one dozen spent shells from the scene.
According to reports, the person who once lived in the house moved residence.
This after an incident recently in which a male individual whom gunmen were pursuing sought refuge in the home.
However, despite moving residence, the individual who lived there still has household items in the home, persons in the community disclosed.
