Three persons were transported to St Jude Hospital Sunday evening, following two separate road accidents at  Morne Jab,Mon Repos, emergency officials have said.

The officials said in one incident a motorcycle ran off the road and hit a pole, while in the other a motorcycle collided with a car.

The officials told St Lucia Times that the accidents occurred within a short time of each other.

According to reports, the Micoud Fire Station received notification of the accidents about 6:35 p.m.

Micoud and Dennery Fire Stations responded, transporting the injured to St Jude Hospital, St Lucia Times was informed.

Emergency officials said the injuries did not appear to be life threatening.

  1. That’s not what happened.. A drunk driver had an accident and tried to flee the scene colliding with two bikers coming along the route on their side of the road.. The guy didn’t even stop he fled the scene.. Get the story straight yo.. You’re giving dca bikers a bad name.. This story is untrue and totally wrong
