Traffic Diversion, Beausejour Phase 2

Press Release:- The Beausejour Community Group would like to inform the public of the temporary closure of the following area in Beausejour Phase 2 to vehicular traffic from 6:00am Sunday 9th June 2019 to 9:00am Monday 10th June 2019.

The Beausejour Community Group, Beausejour Minibus Drivers, along with residents of Phase 2 have come together and contributed towards the purchase of cement and ready mix for the patching of potholes in Phase 2.

To facilitate the road works and drying of the cement,  the road between the junction of Darren Sammy and Garey Mathurine Drive to the junction of Darren Sammy and Ignitius Cadette Drive  will be closed  vehicular traffic.

Vehicles going to upper Darren Sammy Drive will be diverted through Garey Mathurine Drive and then right along John Eugene Drive and then right, back to Darren Sammy Drive.

Also vehicular traffic using Julian Hunte Drive (via the entrance close to the stadium) will be diverted to Ignitus Cadette Drive.  Vehicles going towards the stadium via Julian Hunte Drive, will be diverted up Desmond Colymore Drive, through Ignitius Cadette Drive and down the hill back to Julian Hunte Drive, to the entrance close to the Darren Sammy Cricket Ground.
