Trinidad & Tobago Records First Homicide For The Year

Trinidad and Tobago which ended 2018 with 516 homicides, has recorded its first homicide for 2019, local reports say.

According to the Daily Express, the victim is Daniel Mahabir, 55.

The Express quoted police as saying that Mahabir was involved in an argument with a man at Concession Drive at around 10.40a.m.

During a fight, Mahabir was struck on the head with a rock and died on the scene, the publication reported.
