Two  male individuals were injured in a collision between two vehicles Tuesday afternoon in Vieux Fort, emergency officials have confirmed.

An official told St Lucia Times that the injuries did not appear to be life threatening.

It was reported that the injured were both drivers of their respective vehicles.

Both are said to have been treated on the scene by emergency responders before being conveyed via ambulance to hospital.

The incident occurred after 4.00 pm opposite Builders Choice Ltd, according to information obtained by St Lucia Times.

No other details were immediately available.
