Masked gunmen opened fire at a Vieux Fort man Tuesday night, wounding him in the leg and arm, eyewitnesses say.
The incident occurred about 9.00 pm at New Dock Road, according to the eyewitnesses.
The 27 year old victim was conveyed to Hospital and is in stable condition, reports say.
Police, who recovered a number of spent shells from the scene, are investigating the shooting.
