  1. Fire is a phenomenon, in can be of natural and/or unnatural origin. I would not advise anyone not to Insure. Just recently I benefitted after a flooding due to a malfunction dripping pipe left running in the bath all night accidentally. Insurance replaced carpet on two floors, two stairways, new Plumbing etc. In the night we heard nothing; if it was a fire we have ‘Smoke Detectors’ for when this thing go off it could raise the dead. I highly recommend Smoke Detectors for residential homes. The Partitions around the kitchen should be of light concrete blocks; the ceiling of the kitchen should be finished with 5/8 Drywall, as a temporary deterrent. After all the human factors, man’s best assurance, one we should never deny is to ‘rest on the Lord God’ in the end I said thanks.

  2. Wow that’s so sad. Look it even the other day a guy was telling me about designing homes with fire retardant system so that when situation like this happen it can stop the fire internally. Forget about insurance they eat your money like no tomorrow.
