Training currently underway for cooks within the Ministry of Education’s School Feeding Programme is going smoothly.
Chris Satney reports that the initiative funded by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the Government of Mexico will help enhance the preparation and presentation of meals to students under the programme.
