WATCH: Health Education, Screening For Bank Of Saint Lucia Employees

The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs supports improving health and productivity in the workplace by undertaking health screening activities.

In this regard, Bank of Saint Lucia employees recently benefitted from a health fair held at their Bridge Street, Castries Branch.

  1. These days businesses act like the consumers/customers need them more than they (businesses) need them. Before when the phrase ” a customer is always right’ was being abuse organization was doing the best to please customers. Customer service was high. This phrase was to make customers feel appreciated and valued because a business is all about making profit and without loyal customers one cannot make profits. Now that saying ” a customer is always right’ is out the door since customers abuse it and businesses are like ‘they will always come back, they always do because customers always have limited options. Have you not seen the people in authority. Many times you have to say this is why service is at it worse now because of the type of personalities that companies place in top positions. Companies are all about the money. Customer service is at an all time low. Since Covid look at how businesses are treating customers leaving them to stand on queues outside in sun or rain with no or little shelter. You want the service, wait attitude is going on right now.

  2. Ok. But they also need to think of the health of their customers who they frustrate by deliberately delaying simple procedures. Some of them do not move their bu*TS until you report them. Then miraculously the thing they told you to come back for in a week gets done in a few hours. Causing people stress. Worst branch of BOSL to do business.

  3. they improving health in the work place but their productivity in the work place still far from improving they still have less tellers and the lines are very long and you still have to wait almost two hours to do you business in the bank on the line its ridiculous
