WATCH: RSLPF Unveils Traffic Management Plan For Carnival

The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) has announced ‘changes and restrictions’ regarding the normal flow of traffic for Carnival Monday and Tuesday.

According to an RSLPF statement on Friday, the adjustments aim to ensure the smooth and safe movement of traffic in Castries.

  1. Whenever police put in plans to manage traffic at these shows it is always a shit show. It would take one 1 hour from pigeon island to gros islet gap after jazz when the coos directing. Same number of cars clear the area in 5 minutes with no cops managing. Those cops cant even manage anxiety, far less traffic.
