Thank you Taiwan! Your friendship has been of enormous significance in order to keep St Lucia’s body and soul together.
This is in spite of the existentialist situation you face so bravely every day in you country. May God go with you on this perilous journey.
The Prime Minister of the St Lucia Labour Party who you have visiting you is a fugitive! He is running away with his tail between his legs from a collapsing country that he and his cohorts are running into the ground. They are incompetent legends in the fields of internal security, economics, finance, morals and unity.
Our citizens face a hazardous life on a daily basis with low paying jobs, high food and gas prices, twice weekly killings , no hope of progress and limited public funds siphoned off by unscrupulous family and friends.
But still treat him well with the First class flight, 5 star hotel accommodation, rich lovely Taiwanese food, chauffeur driven transportation, personal attache, etc. After all he does hold the post of our Prime Minister. We have also given him a few thousand dollars from our citizens taxes as a per diem on his trip so he does have pocket money. Plus he is accompanied by FFs.
Unhappily we in St Lucia will still have to bare the colossus burden of his colleagues running the country into the ground while he is away. We see them getting fat and prosperous with the extra lard around the waist as they have no time to exercise while enjoying the prestige of office.
With a guava season already here AND a tsunami of hurt in 2023 we are ‘tying our waist’ in expectation of the gnashing of teeth and wailing after the temporary relief of Christmas.
This is just a warning to our Taiwanese friends as you can exoect more begging come 2023.
P.s can you send some technocrats to take over the running of the country. We running on empty right now.
Hello Tiger, sorry I meant ANT, I think you’ve said it all as usual so I’ll pass. Let’s be easy on ol’ PjP that trip couldn’t come at a better time; above the clouds he must have sighed a deep sigh of relief saying, thank God I’m out of there.
PjP my boy when you think its over, there’s 2023 looking at you saying, Beh lea lesh I still got you – my warning to you ‘see who you got sitting in your Chair’ – not papa Noel and he don’t speak Chinees, better he than the big bad guy: ‘All good Lucians pray for you PjP’ Blessings.
Fox Blessings to you and family !
