I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge, commend and give kudos to a school administrator/teacher/educator who has sought to enrich the learning experiences of our children. It is with this in mind, that I present the following:
Kudos to our dedicated school administrator, [Mrs Scholastica Elcock of First Steps Pre School in Black Bay, Vieux Fort, for her extraordinary celebration of reading month! This year’s festivities were not only a delightful experience for students and parents but also a remarkable celebration of our rich culture and community life.
Mrs Elcock crafted an event that went beyond the traditional activities, incorporating elements that resonated deeply with our heritage and daily experiences.
Parents and students alike were involved as well as captivated by the innovative approach, which included interactive workshops, performances, and community readings that brought everyone together.
