She has led the development and implementation of gender and human rights policies, driving impactful change in these areas.
Based in Saint Lucia, Ernest is also a Development Consultant and the CEO of Rights Based Solutions, a social impact consultancy serving the region.
In 2024, she was recognised as one of Apolitical’s Gender Equality Gamechangers.
