Kera Lawrence Crowned Miss District High 2025

Kera Lawrence, Miss K’s Tropical Seamoss, was crowned winner of the 4th annual Miss District High pageant.

Founded to give young people greater opportunities for growth, the competition focuses on building confidence and encouraging strong youth advocates. Lawrence impressed both the judges and audience on Saturday, also capturing sectional titles for Best in Evening Wear, Best First and Second Interviews and Miss Aquamarine, awarded for the best performance in the underwater segment.

As the new titleholder, Lawrence succeeds 2024 queen Miya Johnson. She will receive a scholarship for a course of her choice at the University of the West Indies Global Campus, along with a prize package including hotel accommodation, an electronic device from Computer World, dinner at Spice of India, and other sponsor gifts. The crown also opens doors to further training and eligibility for pageants in Saint Lucia and across the region.

First runner-up was Zoey Joseph, Miss Skin Envy, who emerged as a crowd favourite. She took home Best Talent, Best in Swimwear, Best First Interview, Miss Photogenic, the People’s Choice award, and the Miss Distinction title for showcasing resilience, sportsmanship, and courage throughout the Miss District High journey.

Second runner-up was Tyraeser Timaitre, Miss DBS, who was named Miss Congeniality for her warmth and camaraderie throughout the competition.

Looking ahead, organisers say preparations are underway for the pageant’s male counterpart, Sir Lucia, set for September 19, with the venue still to be announced.
