Police Identify Victim Of Fatal Shooting At Riverside Road

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting at Riverside Road,
Castries.

A report of a shooting was referred to the Criminal Investigations Department, Castries about 1:50 p.m. on Saturday May 27, 2023.

On arrival on the scene Officers were informed that one (1) male individual was shot
multiple times at Riverside Road, Castries. He was transported to the Owen King
European Union Hospital (OKEUH) via an ambulance.

He was later identified as forty-nine (49) year old Gundolf Adonis alias Tupac of
Pavee, Castries.

On Sunday May 28, 2023 Police Officers were informed by a medical practitioner
that Gundolf Adonis succumbed to his injuries.

A post mortem examination is scheduled for a later date.

The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force wishes to urge anyone with information regarding this incident to contact the nearest police station or the Criminal Investigations Department at 456-3770, 456-3817 or the Crime Hotline at 555 for anonymous reporting.

  1. @JOHN: I guess we know who we have to thank for that being part of the process now.

    For what being part of the process?

For the clause being added to applications and corporate documents which is ” are you in any way related or associated with a politician.” The clause was added in the last quarter of 2018 and remains in place today. What it was that happen last year again now to a politician I can’t remember can you ?
