During the visits, officers assessed workplace conditions and employment practices against the requirements of the Labour Act. They also engaged directly with employers and employees, observed working conditions and identified areas requiring attention.
The Department reminded employers of their responsibility to maintain appropriate employment standards and ensure that working conditions comply with the law.
