    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Initially, the Sales Manager will focus on direct sales activities, establishing strong client relationships, and generating revenue. As the company achieves its revenue targets, the Sales Manager will transition into building and leading a small, high-performing sales team.

    The Role

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Transition from individual sales responsibilities to building a small sales team as revenue grows.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members.

    Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the media or digital advertising sectors.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising and marketing strategies, tools, and solutions.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) at an advanced level.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional command of the English language.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
