Man Reported Critical After Stabbing In Castries

A man believed to be in his late thirties was in critical condition on Thursday night after a stabbing incident on Victoria Street, Castries.

Family In Disbelief After Balata Man’s Stabbing Death

Emergency personnel from the Saint Lucia Fire Service headquarters in Castries said they received a distress call at about 8:53 pm and rushed the injured man to the OKEU Hospital.

He reportedly sustained a single stab wound.

A video on social media shows emergency responders putting the injured man on a stretcher.

“He still have a pulse so that’s good, cos he lose a lot of blood there already,” a woman declares off-camera.

There are no further details at present.

  2. The system are not creating the environment for the people to go and work is 3 to 5 EC dollars that is the average wage in st lucia. How can thousands of people live on them kind of wages educated or uneducated hand to mouth wages
