Emergency personnel from the Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) transported a pickup truck driver to the hospital Monday after the vehicle ran off the road at Roseau.
The driver was the sole occupant of the pickup and sustained injuries that responders said were not life-threatening.
He was heading toward Anse La Raye when the accident occurred.
The fire service responded with an ambulance and a fire truck after receiving an emergency call at about 4:43 pm.
