Why can’t Lucians stand up and put an end to the ongoing madness of releasing gun-toting criminals on bail every time hardworking lawmen arrest one of them? Is it that the criminal-minded people among us outnumber the decent, law-abiding citizens in our midst? Just asking for a friend.
