Victim Of Fatal Stabbing In Morne Du Don Identified – One Man Assisting With Probe

Police have identified the victim of a fatal stabbing at Morne du Don, Castries, as twenty-year-old Scott Chester Louison of the same community.

One man is assisting investigators with their homicide probe.

According to a Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) release, on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at about 9:00 pm, Criminal Investigations Department officers responded to a report of a stabbing incident at Morne Du Don, Castries.

The officers found one male with apparent stab wounds to his body.

A medical practitioner at the OKEU Hospital later pronounced the victim dead.

The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force has urged anyone with information regarding Scott Chester Louison’s fatal stabbing to call the Criminal Investigations Department at 456-3770 or the Crime Hotline for anonymous reporting at 555.

  1. I have never seen hear or heard it in st Lucia like that . As though people’s lives are as flies. It’s like a joke now . People come on . Those in authority please look out for the people of st.Lucia. It’s like people do as you please . No accountability. It’s a hush,hush people are afraid to talk now , it’s like if you say something party supporter are ready to skin you up. Certain media house are ready to ridicule you on their show. Mr Pierre I have known you to be a good man. I would like to ask you ….. what have we done to be treated that way ? Have you given up on us the people ? Mr Pierre we are talking safety. I beg do something . Our children are dying, people are scared, we are even afraid to reproduce in our own country. You need to do something drastic and do it fast . Ask Mr king to roll it again he was the pm at the time . Restore confidence. Make us happy again . Hear the people cry.
