The National Competitiveness and Productivity Council (NCPC) is pleased with the progress made thus far in launching Saint Lucia’s Collateral Registry of Movable Assets.

This registry will allow financial institutions the ability to offer new and innovative credit products to the MSME sector to expand their business operations whilst stimulating national economic growth and development.
