On Saturday, September 23, 2023, about 6:35 a.m., investigators from the Northern Division of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force, responding to a report, proceeded to Sea View, in Gros Islet Town.
Upon arrival at the scene of the report, the officers initiated their investigation and conducted a thorough search of the property in question.
During the search, one Taurus 9mm pistol was found with a magazine containing nine [9] rounds of 9mm ammunition and was subsequently seized.
A closer examination of the weapon revealed one [1] additional round, present in its chamber.
