Body With Apparent Gunshot Wounds Discovered In Dennery

Saint Lucia police have opened a homicide investigation after the discovery at about 8:45 am Friday of a man’s body with apparent gunshot wounds at La Pointe, Dennery.

According to initial reports, the gunshot wounds were to the deceased’s head, but the circumstances surrounding the incident were not immediately apparent.

There have been 65 homicides in Saint Lucia so far for 2023.

  1. Senior Magistrate Phulchere, how many of the gun cases have gone to trial and complete? Are you saying adjournment is the magistrates middle names?
    At least, give us some confidence in the system, do at least one case.

  2. This sounds like a gang or drug deal execution. Lord help my island home. My people are loosing their mental health.
