Two Saint Lucians In Custody, One Non-National Being Sought In Boat Theft Probe

The Saint Lucia Marine Police arrested two Saint Lucians and are seeking a non-national in connection with a probe into a boat theft.

The Marine Police have impounded the vessel and are working with French law enforcement authorities and the owner in the ongoing investigation.

Investigators learned of the theft of the boat from the north of Saint Lucia on Monday.

Additional details are sketchy, including the circumstances surrounding the incident.

However, the investigation is part of the ongoing collaboration between Saint Lucia and French law enforcement authorities in combatting crime.

  1. These folk do not want to work legitimate jobs like normal folk. All they want is quick cash and easy money which equals theft. Regardless of your educational background if you really want to work – you will find something to do — even picking up trash is a job for a janitor.
The math is very simple CHOICES HAVE CONSEQUENCES – when you play with fire you will get burned and some really do not believe fire burns.

  2. At lease it seems like the Marine-Time police are doing a very effective job than the fools who are on shores. Maybe we should have a flooded city like the one in Italy… SMH

  3. @anonymous what effective job? the police know very well that the guys that they have in custody are not the ones that should be arrested. the guys that are arrested were sent to clean the boat and the so called owner of the boat who was never the legal owner is no where to be found. They already had the person who stole the boat and they let him go but they want to arrest the guys who know absolutely nothing but all they came to do was clean the boat. This is why there is to much unfair justice to much Corruption and laziness now they have them as scapegoats taking blame for nothing
