Police Find Homemade Shotgun, Ammunition In Abandoned House


On Tuesday, November 28, 2023, about 6:00 p.m., a team comprising officers from the Central Division of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSPLF) responded to a report of suspicious activity within an abandoned structure at Pavee Road, Castries.

A thorough search of the structure led to the discovery and seizure of one (1) pump-action homemade shotgun, with two (2) rounds of shotgun ammunition.

The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of this firearm  and urges anyone with information related to this case to come forward or contact us using the Crime Hotline (555) or the ‘RSLPF Crime Hotline App’ to provide an anonymous tip.
