Vieux Fort Resident Reported Missing


A thirty-three-year-old Bruceville, Vieux Fort resident has been reported missing, and police have appealed for help finding him.

The police identified him as Richardson Hunt, alias ‘Goo-Goo’ or ‘Buddy’.

People last saw Hunt at about 2:00 a.m. on Monday, December 4, 2023.

According to the police, he was wearing long blue jeans and a blue or peach shirt in Bruceville, Vieux Fort.

A missing person flyer said Hunt frequently rides a ‘camouflage bicycle.’

The police have asked anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact 2857258 for the Criminal Investigations Department, Vieux Fort, 4563905 for the Vieux Fort police station, the Crime Hotline at 555 or the Crime Hotline App,
