 The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) has welcomed the recent media coverage and public discourse regarding the Draft Tax Administration Procedures Act, which was circulated to select stakeholders for comment from last year 2023.
The Comptroller and Senior Legal Officer at the IRD have sought to clarify some of the issues surrounding the draft legislation.

Y’all doing everything else but customer service. I’ve been calling y’all office since yesterday to inquire about my tax returns and up to a few minutes ago, no answer. Since 2013, I have received NADA in tax returns. I want my money!!!
Where is my refund? I have loans to pay. I have medical bills to pay. If I import something I have duties to pay. Meanwhile my money just there with government and they refuse to pay.
