Vieux Fort Man Remanded On Attempted Murder Charge

On Thursday, April 25, 2024 about 6:20 a.m., Police Officers attached to the Criminal Investigation Department, Vieux Fort, responded to the stabbing of a female which occurred at West Hall Group, Vieux Fort.

In the course of the assault, the victim suffered various injuries to her body and was conveyed to a medical facility, where she sought medical care.

About 7:30 a.m. that day, swift action by the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force resulted in the arrest of Simon Henry also known as “Boxer Green” of West Hall Group Vieux Fort, in connection with this incident.

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, Simon Henry was formally charged for the offence of Attempted Murder.

He was presented before the Magistrate’s Court for bail purposes, where he was remanded into custody at the Bordelais Correctional Facility.

  1. Give him 40 years , in vieux Fort all they do is smoke crack cocaine, weed a d drink alcohol and steal plantain and macarbo from hard working farmers and sell it for the women who bend by the road side
