  11. This is a significant loss to the West Indies medical fraternity. Dr Didier was a Senior Resident while I was a medical student. He was a competent professional who was fair and genuinely friendly. He stood apart from others at his level , officious and possessed of importance. He was a gentleman , soft spoken and receptive to juniors and truly mild mannered. I am not surprised that he was awarded very high British honours ( CBE )because he certainly was deserving.
May his soul Rest in Peace.
