Police Probe Stabbing In Castries

Police are investigating a stabbing on Peynier Street, Castries, on Monday morning.

Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) emergency personnel responded at 7:30 am after learning about the incident.

The responders from the SLFS Headquarters in Castries found a conscious male individual lying on his back.

An assessment revealed that he had a puncture wound to his upper right abdomen.

The SLFS responders provided emergency medical treatment and transported the patient to a medical facility for advanced care.

  2. The police needs to stop ppl randomly and check for weapons regardless of its nature or purpose of use. This thing is really getting out of hand, when a tourist will go and say St. Lucia is not a friendly or safe tourist destination anymore why will the tourism minister say + the PM.
