  1. Here is an examplary story. It’s one that we probably learned in primary school. It’s the story of the dog chasing its own tail. We all are a living story of this tale. Gunmen are first caught by the police and their weapons are immediately confiscated. They are quickly released on bail. They promptly rearm. They then return to their old habits. Finally, police are sent on a hunting mission to catch them again. Wash, rinse and repeat. Suddenly, it becomes an eternal mystery to “de authorities” why they can’t seem to lower the murder rate even though they have numerous gun seizures. My brain hurts, the solution is too difficult! I feel by brain bursting. Don’t let me figure it out.
