Top 3 named for GIMIES People’s Choice

The stage is set and excitement is building for the Saint Lucia Tourism Awards – The GIMIES! As we journey to excellence in this 4th year to celebrate individuals who have made a remarkable impact on the island’s tourism experience, we are elated to reveal the outcome of the highly anticipated GIMIES People’s Choice Award.

After a rigorous online voting campaign, the Top 3 finalists for the GIMIES People’s Choice Award are in alphabetical order:

Akim Francis, Chef, Bursting with Flavors (AKA 5 Star)• Elver Descartes, Tour Guide, ATV Direct• Shervon Charles, Owner/Stable Hand, Unique Stables

These outstanding finalists have captured the hearts of locals and visitors alike through their passion, dedication, and exceptional service.

The other six candidates who were in the running have also worked arduously to share their stories, their journey and positive contributions to the industry.
