  1. Is it just me, or is every evidence pointing to the conclusion that we are mostly incompetent as a nation!? For crimg out loud, the “unknown” gentleman has been hospitalized for a whole week –and it’s only now we are being told that the authorities need help identifying him!!! Are we fully incompetent or what???

  2. @Truth be Told – you are correct incompetent on every level.

I have been trying to reach the office where birth certificates are issued since February 2024 – I have called during business hours. The phone has yet to be answered-it rings and rings and rings. I emailed the Prime Ministers office to inform them of the issue and guess what that email (which they have listed on their own PM website) bounced right back. Perhaps, I should dispatch a PIGEON – these folk are really too much (ridiculous on every level). In addition the website on the PMs office says if you have any issue with an office/agency reach out to that office/agency.

I hate to say this – but that is such a foolish statement. I was taught if a legitimate issue is not resolved where it should, then you take it up with the next level. But this foolish statement basically says — return to the incompetent sender (IF THAT IS NOT A ROADBLOCK – TELL ME WHAT IS)??????. The government offices, NGOs, healthcare and all others organizations need to do better.

  3. Check the amount of money being spent on IT and other related development with GATES. All the monies being pouring into one company pocket. Basic things like fingerprint are scientist news or like someone said incompetence is at its best?

  4. What does your level of incompetence has to do with identifying the man? Now, YOU ARE REALLY INCOMPETENCE! Anonymous /Truth be Told……

  5. I’m so sorry that people still experience such. He has a family and they should at least reach out. I’ve seen him a few times in the Castries basin area but I don’t know him per say. I hope that he recovers and gets the help he needs so sad, sigh

  6. The fingerprint will be able to identify this gentleman. There a man can be found to match this individual, simple just like that.

  7. @ Trevor – herein lies the incompetence – we must read to understand and learn

Fact: the gentleman has been hospitalized for an entire week since April 18th and the article posted on 4/24.

That is the problem with some of you Lucians – please read to understand before you try to attack.
