SLFS Transports Four People To Hospital After Mon Repos Road Accident

Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) personnel transported four people to St. Jude Hospital after a multiple-vehicle collision at Mon Repos on Thursday.

Emergency responders from the Micoud, Dennery, and Vieux Fort fire stations responded at about 3:58 pm after receiving a distress call.

According to reports, the collision involved two cars and two trucks.

Vieux Fort and Micoud fire station ambulances transported the injured individuals to the hospital.

There are no further details at this time.

  1. 99% of these accidents are carelessness on the drivers part. The drivers have not taken driving seriously and realize that our roadways are not design for the way majortity drivers use the roads. We do not have highways, we have cornerways with potholes. So unless we realize that, accidents will continue to happen !!
